Model SP-10

Self-contained, carrying its own aggregate and emulsion, the SP-10 can be towed with a one-ton pickup.

The SP-10 is ideal for repairing:

Operator controls are conveniently located on the boom. The boom is balanced for operator use and is easily adjusted for proper working height. An optional hydraulically leveled boom increases ease of operation and worker productivity on uneven or sloping conditions.

As the only self-contained trailer patching unit, the Schwarze SP-10 can be easily transported by a one-ton pickup and can be ready for work in less than 10 minutes. The unibody enclosure protects all components from the elements and has large access doors for easy maintenance.

Two yard capacity with minimal moving parts for delivery of materials. The 100-gallon emulsion tank is insulated and heated. Air pressure delivery of the emulsion requires no pumps to service or maintain. The Schwarze SP-10 offers an exclusive vacuum feature for cleaning especially wet or dirty potholes.

1. Pothole with water in it.
2. Pothole can be vacuumed or blown free of water and debris.
3. Repairing pothole with emulsion and aggregate mix.
4. Finished repair.

Repaired area can be opened to traffic immediately after completion!

SP-550 Spray Patcher

Fed from a standard dump body with pintle hitch, the SP-550 is the latest design available on the market.

The SP-550 is ideal for repairing:

The Schwarze SP-550 offers the lowest profile of any unit in its class, increasing visibility for the driver as well as the operator.

• Insulated 300-gallon emulsion storage tank.
• Hot water heated mixing nozzle allows year round operation.
• Durable unibody construction for long life.
• Maintenance-friendly design provides large access doors and few moving parts.
• Feeds from any standard dump body with tailgate feeder.
• Uses locally available materials for patching operation.
• Optional vacuum feature allows removal of debris and water from pothole.
• Optional directional arrow board for traffic control.
• Optional hydraulically leveling boom for ease of operation.

All operator controls are located at the operator's station on the boom. The boom is balanced for operator use and is easily adjusted to the proper working height.

An optional hydraulically leveled boom increases the ease of operation and worker productivity on uneven or sloping conditions. The mixing nozzle is positioned a safe distance from the operator for a cleaner work environment.

The diesel motor is protected against high coolant temperature and low oil pressure by indicator lights located at the operator's station.

1/4" or 3/8" aggregate and a water-based emulsion are all that is required — keeping your material costs LOW!

Components are easy to access for service. Sound dampening liners quiet the work area.
